No, but it is recommended to streamline the process. We need your Social Security number to access your credit history.

How do I determine the "estimated market value"?
It is the amount you would sell your home for today. For example, if you agree to sell your home for $175,000 this would be your estimated market value.

Why do you need to know if I'm self-employed?
Self employment income requires unique documentation. Full Tax returns (1040's all schedules), last 3 months of personal bank statements, & YTD Profit & Loss Statement. But you might qualify for a No income Documentation loan.

What if I do not have a current tax return?
To accurately calculate your income you will need your most recent tax return filed with IRS. If you haven't completed your most recent tax return, please call the 800 number shown at the bottom of this screen.

What do I do if I don't know the "current market value" for my property?
Please provide us with an estimate of the amount for which you realistically think you could sell your home. Looking at recent sales prices for similar homes in your neighborhood can help you estimate your home's market value.
